PARADE DETIALS:

• Date: Saturday, July 12, 2025

• Parade Start Time: 5PM

• Line-Up Number:  97

• Recommended: Use the Shuttle! - See below

• Line-Up: 3PM-4:30PM - Streets start to shut down at 4:15PM

• Line-Up Location:  Entrance to staging at 210th Street W and Hamburg Ave will be a west bound one-way starting at 3:00 to provide flow for participant drop off. It will be ONLY one-way – east to west with exit at 210th and Dodd until 5:00 pm. The north lane will be for traffic, the center (turn lane) will be for drop-off and south lane will be for staging.

• Parking: Parking at the end of the parade is available to allow for an easy post-parade exit. Please consider dropping your cars in advance of the parade and catching our shuttle bus back to staging. The shuttle starts at 3:00 and makes continuous loops between McGuire Middle School (start) and Heritage and Idealic Ave (by O’Reilly’s) at the end of the parade. Shuttles will run after the parade until 8:00. Please allow time for travel. See Map Below

• Estimated Parade Duration: 75 Minutes

• Safety First: No throwing items from floats. If you wish to hand out candy or flyers walkers must distribute them by hand.
